At Henry's Seafood Bar, our seasonal menus are built around fresh, locally sourced ingredients. As Head Chef, I, Warwick, work with my team to create dishes that highlight what’s best each season. Our goal is straightforward: use top-quality produce and let the ingredients do the talking.

The Creative Process

Each menu starts with what's in season. We work with trusted local farmers, fishmongers, and suppliers to bring in the freshest and most sustainable produce, seafood, and meats. This winter, we’ve focused on hearty, comforting dishes that reflect the season’s best.

A highlight of our new menu is the Badminton Estate Venison Fillet Tartare, sourced locally and paired with Jerusalem artichoke and a cured egg yolk for a rich, well-balanced dish. Shimeji mushrooms add an earthy depth.

Our Tandoori Monkfish, cooked over charcoal, brings bold flavours. The firm texture of

monkfish holds up well to our house-blended tandoori spices, complemented by Makhani sauce, fresh coriander, and pomegranate for a touch of sweetness.

Balancing Tradition and New Ideas

At Henry's, we put our spin on classic dishes. Our Henry's Fish Pie includes River Exe mussels, king prawns, and scallops in a rich crab velouté, topped with buttery mash and

langoustine tails.

The Dry Aged Beef Burger, made with locally sourced beef dry-aged in-house for 35

days, is topped with crispy bacon, raclette cheese, and truffle mayonnaise for a rich,

satisfying bite.

Commitment to Quality Ingredients

We take pride in sourcing the best local ingredients to ensure our dishes reflect the quality and care we put into every plate. Our seafood is sustainably sourced, with a focus on freshness and seasonality. From prime cuts of locally reared meats to the freshest catch from British waters, we let the natural flavours shine through careful preparation and cooking. Seasonal vegetables, grown by trusted local suppliers, add vibrant colours and robust flavours that complement our dishes perfectly. By working closely with our

suppliers, we ensure that every ingredient meets our high standards and contributes to a

well-rounded and satisfying dining experience.

Finishing on a Sweet Note

No meal at Henry's is complete without dessert. This season, our Feta Cheesecake

stands out, made with locally sourced feta, delicate angel hair pastry, seasonal fruit, rose

water, honey, and toasted nuts.

For sharing, Henry's Carousel includes Nutella churros, Biscoff popcorn, and our

signature Champagne rhubarb & custard macarons.

Our Invitation

We invite you to experience our new seasonal menu, built around fresh, local ingredients

and careful preparation. Whether you're joining us for a casual meal or a special occasion,

we look forward to welcoming you.
