Tom isn't just a manager - he's part of the Henry's family. Over the past year and a half, he's built strong relationships with our guests and regulars, creating a space where everyone feels at home. With years of industry experience under his belt, he understands what makes a restaurant truly stand out: top-quality food, impeccable service, and a relaxed, enjoyable ambiance.
What Tom Loves about Henry's
When asked what he enjoys most about being part of Henry's, Tom says its the people - the team he works with every day and the guests who walk through the door. His goal is simple: to make sure every visit to Henry's in Cirencester is memorable, whether its a casual lunch, a celebratory dinner, or drinks at the bar.
Of course, we had to ask him what his favourite dish on the menu. His top pick? The Galician Octopus from our small plates, closely followed by one of our new dishes, the Cornish Hake Kiev. And when it comes to drinks, you can't go wrong with his favourite - a classic Whiskey Sour,
Beyond Henry's: Getting to Know Tom
When he's not making sure everything at Henry's runs smoothly, Tom enjoys:
Football - both playing and watching (when he's not managing the restaurant, you'll probably find him on the pitch)
Golf - though he admits he's still working on his swing!
Exploring new bars & restaurants - great food and drink aren't just part of his job; they're a passion.
Spending time with family, friends and his partner - whether its dining out, grabbing drinks, or just enjoying good company, Tom loves making the most os his time outside of work.
