Served with an array of, seasonally driven, classic sides - duck fat roasted potatoes, smoked cauliflower cheese, glazed parsnips, orange & anise carrots, creamed greens with bacon to name a few! But let's not forget, the rich, hearty gravy and our staple short-rib stuffed Yorkshire pudding - our Sunday Roast is a true celebration of the best flavours of the season.
Ruby Red Devon 28-Day Dry Aged Sirloin of Beef

Our beef roast features a 28-day dry-aged Ruby Red Devon Sirloin from Ruby & White, slow-cooked to perfection and served with a generous helping of Henry's Horseradish. We're passionate about quality, which is why we carefully age our beef for four weeks to create an unbelievably tender and flavourful roast that is the centre piece of our Sunday offering.
In addition to the sirloin, we offer a selection of rotating premium meats. Are you Vegetarian? Every week, Chef Warwick prepares a vegetarian special from Chargrilled Hisspi Cabbage to a Henry's staple of Barbecued Cauliflower.
